At ConnectFastPrint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled, returned, or refunded, in compliance with applicable US federal and state laws.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. If the order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

B. After Shipment

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may choose to reject the delivery, and a refund will be initiated after we receive the product in its original condition.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

A. Eligibility

We accept returns and offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

B. Timeframe

You must raise a return request within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your Order ID and photos of the product.

C. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Software products, downloaded drivers, and licenses.
  • Ink/toner cartridges once opened or used.
  • Customized or special-order items.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

B. Deductions

If any product is returned without original packaging or shows signs of use, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply.
